This house has original woodwork. There are wood floors in living and dining room, industrial tile in the kitchen and additional dining area that faces south. There are sliding glass windows off this area to the deck. The kitchen cupboards are nice. There is additional storage space with a door that opens off the upstairs landing to an area above the entire garage. The garage is able to be hooked up to hot and cold running water on the east side. The garage can be heated by the propane furnace by flipping a switch in the furnace room. The garage doors are insulated. The garage was built in 1995 and is 24 x 26. On the west side of the driveway is an extra cement pad 8 inches thick to accomodate a semi being parked. The north upstairs bedroom and full upstairs bathroom have their own baseboard heat with thermostat. The south bedroom (that I do not have a picture of) is very large with 4 walk in closets. The office on the north side can be accessed with its own separate ou
