There are two large rows of trees along the southern border of th 1/2 section. A small drainway divides the tillable field in the N1/2NE1/4. Gravel street access on the west, north and east sides of the section. The NW1/4 and SW1/4-35-115-53 contains 320 acres, more or less. This 1/2 section is also mostly all tillable. There are approximately 211 acres gently sloping cropland. There are approximately 40 acres tame grass mostly in the NE1/4SW1/4. The cropland acres in the NW1/4 have a .84 weighted productivity rating. The cropland and tame grass acres in the SW1/4 have .83 and .84 weighted ratings. There are approximately 59 acres native grassland in the SW1/4. The fencing appeared in average overall condition where viewed. There is a dam noted for watering. Gravel street access on the north and west.
